We are thrilled to introduce you to our online parent portal, TeacherEase, a part of our SchoolInsight Student Information System, which runs our school. This powerful tool provides you with the opportunity to engage in your child's educational journey actively. You can easily track your child's progress, monitor attendance, review grades, and receive timely updates from the school.
Additionally, from the parent portal, you will be able to email your child’s teachers directly. Other possible features you may access are to pay fees, view lunch menus, see assigned bus routes, and check the class schedule.
Moreover, TeacherEase allows you to customize your communication preferences, ensuring that you stay informed in a way that works best for you. Our mission is to transform education, elevate student performance, and foster a strong partnership between parents and educators.

Logging Into TeacherEase
Parents should receive an email from the school via no-reply@teacherease.com. It contains a link for you to follow to activate an account with TeacherEase. Please follow that link and the directions within that email to activate an account.
If the email sent to you was to your Google account, you can log in with Google Authentication. Simply click the "Sign in with Google" button on the login page. You are redirected to Google's secure sign-in page, where you choose your Google account.
Downloading the TeacherEase App
After you have activated an account, the school strongly recommends that you use the email address established as login credentials to then sign into the TeacherEase app, which can be downloaded for free in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Navigating and Using TeacherEase
Welcome to the Student/Parent Portal! Once you arrive at the main page, you may notice important alerts at the top. For instance, it may encourage you to complete your Online Registration and set your Communication Preferences. Taking these steps will ensure you stay informed and engaged in your child's educational journey. Don't miss out—act now for a smoother experience!
In the top right corner, you can select your student by clicking their picture or silhouette. As a parent, you only need one login to view all your children at the school or district.
Quick Links provides a seamless way to access the most important areas of the site, streamlining your navigation experience and eliminating the need to search through menus. Discover how easy navigation can enhance your efficiency!
In the Feed section located in the middle of the Main page, both students and parents receive notifications about activities related to their student's account. Please note that notifications are sent to the email address associated with your login. If you are logged into the TeacherEase app on a mobile device, notifications will also be delivered to that device.

The school and class calendars are located on the right side of the main page. Here, you can find information about holidays, half days, teacher institute days, and more. Additionally, important class assignment dates are displayed. You can also view group calendars for members of various school activity groups.
Review Crucial Academic Information
Unlock essential academic information effortlessly with the “Academics” Menu. Easily access your students' schedules and classes, stay on top of due and completed assignments, and monitor grades, attendance, and report cards. Equip yourself with the insights you need to support your students' success!
View Assignments
View the assignments that are due and those that have been completed. You can click on the assignments to see more details, including any digital resources made available by the teacher.
Check Grades
Check student scores while also identifying any missing assignments in their current classes. It's important to remain patient, as there may be a brief delay in the teachers updating scores. Staying informed about your child's academic performance and incomplete tasks will not only help you better support their learning journey but also enable you to take proactive steps to address any challenges they may face. Your involvement is key to their success!
Drill Down on Grade Details
Click on the score to unlock detailed insights into your child's performance in each class. For those utilizing a standards-based grading system, simply click the "Detail" link to access comprehensive information tailored to that class.
Easily track all assignments along with their due dates, scores, and valuable comments. If categories are implemented in the gradebook, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your child's strengths and areas for improvement in each category, as well as their overall grade. The grading scale is conveniently displayed on the right, complemented by a legend key at the bottom right corner.
The hand icon signifies assignments that have been submitted but are still awaiting grading, providing transparency in the evaluation process.
Missing assignments are prominently highlighted in red, accompanied by a magnifying glass icon, to ensure you stay informed.
The gift icon denotes excused assignments, which do not impact your child's grade, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
The clock icon indicates assignments handed in late, giving you a complete picture of your child's submissions. Take charge of your child's academic journey today!
Communication Menu
Stay updated by reading announcements from the school and teachers. If you need to reach out, you can send an email to your child's teacher or an administrator. You can also check the email logs to see the communications that have been sent regarding your student. With the Digital Locker, you can view, download, and print documents made available by the school. Please note that these documents may come from the school or from individual teachers.
Miscellaneous Menu
Explore a wealth of valuable information with the Miscellaneous Menu at your fingertips. Effortlessly access school calendars for important dates, browse the meal menu, and stay on top of your fees by checking what’s due and making secure online payments. Additionally, you can find essential details such as locker combinations and bus routes. Take control of your experience by customizing your communication preferences right here.
