The first day of school is right around the corner! If you haven’t completed your back-to-school forms yet, now is the time.
✅ All students (PK–12) must have their TeacherEase online enrollment completed before school begins.
🏈🎺 Students participating in Competitive Athletics or Band (Grades 6–12) must also complete all Rank One forms before they are allowed to practice or participate. High School Football practice begins next Monday, and students cannot practice until all Rank One requirements are complete and show GREEN.
Good news: Your Rank One information and instructions are available inside TeacherEase, so you can take care of everything in one place.

Backpack & School Supply Vouchers
The Quapaw Nation Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Program will be offering school supply vouchers! For more information, call (918) 238-3120
Eligible families must attend a short parent training to receive a voucher. Children must be ages 4–12, enrolled in Pre-K, Head Start, or Elementary School, and reside within the 100-mile CCDF service area.
Parents should bring:
• A copy of the child's birth certificate
• A current utility bill
• A driver's license
Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.

These girls are so much fun and are so excited to teach your littles this week!
Registration begins at 8:30 tomorrow morning and camp will be until noon!
We will be at the Commerce Middle School gym!

Sibling Discount: $10 off for each additional child from the same household
Campers will learn cheers, chants, jumps, motions, and a spirit-filled dance while having tons of fun with the CHS Cheerleaders! 📣🐯
🏈 PLUS! All campers will be invited back to perform with the CHS Cheer Team at a high school football game this fall!

✅ Returning Students
Parents should log in using the same TeacherEase account they created last year to complete this year's enrollment forms.

🔑 Need Help Logging In?
• If you sign in to TeacherEase using Google, simply use your Google username and password.
• If you created a TeacherEase account that is not connected to Google and do not remember your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset it.
📝 Accessing Enrollment Forms
After logging in to TeacherEase, select Miscellaneous from the menu and then choose Online Registration to complete your student's enrollment forms.
🏠 New Student Transfer Information
Any new student who does not reside within the Commerce Public Schools district boundaries must first complete an open transfer request before enrolling.
Parents should visit the Superintendent's Office to complete the required transfer paperwork. Once the transfer has been approved, enrollment may be completed online.
🎺🏈 Important Information for CMS & CHS Athletes, Band, and Choir Students
The Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) now requires participation forms to be completed through Rank One.
Information and instructions for setting up your Rank One account can be found within the Athletic Yearly Forms section of the online enrollment process.
If your student does not participate in competitive athletics, band, or choir, you do not need to complete the Rank One process.
All CMS and CHS athletes, band students, and choir students must have a current physical uploaded into Rank One.
✔ If your student completed a physical during the school-sponsored physical event in May, Commerce Public Schools has already uploaded that physical into Rank One.
✔ If your student did not participate in the May physical event, a current physical must be completed and uploaded before they can begin practice or participation.
