Question: If I have my own chromebook can I bring it to school and use it instead of renting one of the schools?
Answer: Yes, but you have to allow the school to install GoGuardian for content filtering. GoGuardian filters internet at school and at home both.
Early Chromebook Checkout will be August 6th & 7th from 9-12 and 1-3 each day. CMS and CHS both will have early checkout those days. FamilyID registration must be completed and your $25 must be paid to the office before you can receive your chromebook.
Drug Testing - August 1st Girls 10-1130 and Boys 1130-1. If you're drug testing you must have your enrollment in FamilyID completed before testing. School and Athletic registrations both must be complete!

The OSSAA has approved a new policy instituting a summer dead period from June 29th -July 7th.
During this time:
- All athletes may not use the school's athletic facilities.
- Contact between coaches, assistant coaches and sponsors is prohibited.
OSSAA Mandatory Dead Period is from Saturday, June 29th - Sunday July 7th. Summer workouts will continue on July 8th. Have a Safe and Happy 4th of July!

Commerce High School athletes will be honored at an All-Sports Awards Banquet. Guest speaker will be CHS graduate and William Jewell College Head Softball Coach, Dustin Combs. The event will take place at the Miami Tribe Council House, 2319 W Newman Rd (E 65 Rd) on May 7 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at the high school office or the superintendent’s office. They are $7 for students and $10 for adults. No tickets will be sold at the door.
