We would like to extend our gratitude to the Quapaw Marshals and Quapaw EMS for their generous donation of 2 AEDs and 6 LifeVacs to our school! The Quapaw Nation's commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our students and staff is truly invaluable. These essential tools will enhance our emergency preparedness and help us respond effectively in critical situations. We are incredibly grateful for Quapaw Nation's support and dedication to our school community!

Tomorrow is picture day for Commerce Schools. Please make sure to send your order form and the correct amount of money with your child in the morning. Ruth Kelly will not split up the money or give change. Each child will need to have their own envelope.

Everyone deserves to feel safe at school, which is why we joined with the Oklahoma School Security Institute to launch ProtectOK, a new safety app that’s easy to use and free to download. The ProtectOK app combines all suspicious activity reporting into one easy-to-use platform. The app allows users to report suspicious activity without giving a name, making anonymous reporting easy. Please report any suspicious activity or possible threat to an Oklahoma School by submitting a tip above. Citizens may report situations or concerns that could compromise the safety or security of any Oklahoma School, or school-sanctioned event. Reports may be made anonymously.

This Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, will be our second Way 2 Go Wednesday of the year. Students with 1 or fewer absences in the previous month and All A's and B's qualify for the OPTION of doing their work virtually on the first Wednesday of each month. If parents wish for their child(ren) to not participate they can simply send them to school as normal. Middle School Students who qualified for September will receive a note to take home to parents. High school students will receive an email from the office that they can show their parents for verification. If you have any questions, please call your school's office.

CHS Softball Super Regional Bound Our Lady Tigers will play 2 games vs Stroud @ Stroud on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024. Game 1 will be at 2pm, followed by Game 2 at 4pm. If neither team wins both games on Thursday there will be a series deciding game on October 4th at 1 pm. Go Tigers!

HOMECOMING DATE CHANGE - As we continue to celebrate our Lady Tigers' Regional Championship and make plans for having as many people attend the Super Regional softball games as possible we are moving the football homecoming game, festivities, and parade to the week of October 25th, 2024. CHS Football @ Chelsea TONIGHT (1st District game) @ 7 pm CHS Cheer State Competition @ Tulsa Union tomorrow 3A competition begins at 12:00 pm CHS Softball Super Regionals upcoming, date/time will be released by OSSAA at the beginning of next week Lady Tigers Cheer is one of 11 teams remaining competing for a state championship. Lady Tiger Softball is one of 16 teams remaining competing for a state championship. It's a great day to be a Tiger! Take State Lady Tigers! Go Tigers! GO TIGERS!

High School Softball Regionals Commerce Lady Tigers 15 Chelsea Lady Dragons 3 Final Commerce advances to the regional championship game tomorrow at 1 pm. Chelsea and Rejoice Christian will play at 11 am tomorrow with the winner advancing to face our Lady Tigers at 1. SOFTBALL REGIONALS WILL BE WED-THURS Class 2A Regional 15 will be held at Melissa Douglas Field in Commerce, OK on Wednesday, September 25th, and Thursday, September 26th. You may purchase online tickets through GoFan for $8.35 or there will be a cash option of $10 at the gate. These OSSAA Playoff games will NOT be live-streamed.

On Tuesday, Sept 24th during Parent/Teacher Conferences at the high school, representatives from NEO, Rogers State University, Army National Guard and Northeast Technology will be available for information and questions. Students and parents can learn about the programs they offer. They will be set up in the commons area of the high school.

Parent Teacher Conferences - Tuesday and Thursday, Sept 24th and 26th - 3:30pm-6:30pm at each school site. Parent involvement is the single most important factor in student achievement. Please take this opportunity to visit with our teachers about your student(s) progress.
