Some say he’s a Disney Prince, others claim he’s secretly a Tiger Trainer—but we all agree he’s an incredible Assistant Principal who brings his best to Alexander Elementary every single day.
From supporting students to managing a million moving parts, Mr. Sharp makes a tough job look easy—with professionalism, patience, and just the right amount of humor.

Schedule Update
Due to last week’s weather-related late start, Commerce Public Schools is 45 minutes short of the state-required 1,080 instructional hours. To make up this time, each school will add 5 minutes to the end of the school day from April 14–17 and April 21–25 (9 school days total).
This adjustment allows us to meet the requirement without adding an extra school day. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
Weekly Schedule
Commerce Schools will hold a public meeting for the JOM Indian Program at 11 am Thursday, April 10, at the Board of Education Conference Room at 217 Commerce Street. A public meeting for the Title VI Indian program will follow at 11:15 am. The public is encouraged to attend.

Reminder - Commerce Public Schools

Commerce Public Schools will be on a 1.5-hour delayed start today due to weather conditions.
Buses are running with the adjusted schedule, and all start times are delayed by 1.5 hours.
We will need to make up 45 minutes of instructional time in the coming days. A plan for that will be communicated soon.
