All Commerce Middle School students will be at the High School tomorrow at the end of the day for the Blackout Assembly, which begins at 2:30 p.m. Students will be released from CHS afterward. ➡️ Parent Pickup: CMS students should be picked up on the road east of the High School gym. ➡️ Bus Riders: CMS bus riders, including the Boys & Girls Club bus, will load buses at the front of the High School. Spirit colors are pink, blue, or white — pink because T-Mobile will be at the assembly to see our community pride, and blue/white because they’re always in our Tiger color wheel. Let’s pack the gym and show our support! 💙🐅

4th–12th Grade Parents, we need your help. We’ve completed just 12 days of school and have already had 40 Chromebook insurance claims. As a reminder, the first break is covered by the $25 insurance fee, but any additional claims require payment. At an average of 3.33 Chromebook breaks per day, this is not sustainable. Please help us by stressing the importance of proper Chromebook care with your student. A little extra attention at home goes a long way in keeping devices working and costs down for families and the district. Thank you for your support!

Hello AES parents,
We are finishing our first full week. It is great to see all your kiddos. A couple things to remember. Free breakfast and lunch for all students. Breakfast does stop at 7:50. Students need to be in class by 8:05. Arriving after 8:05 will result in a tardy. Our policy is after the 3rd tardy the student receives a detention. The gym doors close at 8:05. So let’s get their day started off right with a free breakfast and on time arrivals. Thank you parents for entrusting us with your children. We cherish all of them.

School Breakfast
🍽️ Free Meals for All Students This Year

We know a few parents are still receiving texts or emails from our new student information system saying they have a “low lunch balance.” The issue is on the software side with TeacherEase, and their programmers are aware of the problem and working on a fix.

✅ The important part: Every student at Commerce Public Schools receives one free breakfast and one free lunch every school day.

We encourage all parents to make sure their students take advantage of this opportunity. A healthy breakfast and lunch, at zero cost to families, gives our kids the fuel they need to learn and succeed.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and apologize for the confusion these notices may have caused, and we appreciate your patience while TeacherEase corrects the issue.

Let’s make sure every child starts the day with a full stomach and a clear mind — it’s free, it’s healthy, and it’s good for our kids! 💙🐯

Something new at CMS for the 2025–26 school year. This year, every member of our staff and student body signed a tiger paw that is being displayed in the trophy case at the front of the building. We want every person to know this is the place they belong. It's a great day and a great year to be a Tiger. #Sweepstakes #FN5GL @commerce_public_schools @TMobil
