The April 5th Wyandotte Track Meet is on our schedule as being hosted at Quapaw. The track meet will be held at Wyandotte tomorrow, instead of Quapaw. The meet will be for 6/7 and 8/9 boys and girls.

This Wednesday, April 3, 2024, will be our eighth Way 2 Go Wednesday. Students with 1 or fewer absences in the previous month and All A's and B's qualify for the OPTION of doing their work virtually on the first Wednesday of each month. Middle School Students who qualified for April will receive a note to take home to parents. High school students will receive an email from the office that they can show their parents for verification. If you have any questions, please call your school's office.
Baseball Senior Night 2024
Dear Commerce Residents,
The Commerce Public School Storm Shelters will be opened in the event of an imminent threat. The shelters are not open when a Tornado Watch has been issued but will open for every Tornado/Severe Storm Warning. If and when a Tornado/Severe Storm Warning is issued this evening all of our shelters will be available for public use.
Please stay weather-aware.
Commerce Board of Education Policy
USE OF SCHOOL STORM SHELTER
The Commerce Board of Education will make the school-owned storm shelter available for public use during times of bad weather.
No pets, of any kind, shall be allowed in the shelter. Patrons bringing animals to the shelter will not be allowed to enter the shelter. Service animals will be allowed into the shelter for those individuals who have a disability protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act which requires the use of a service animal for a protected disability.
Patrons are encouraged to be weather-wise and not to travel to the storm shelter if imminent danger exists.

You are invited to our JOM/Impact Aid/Indian Education parent committee meeting to be held at 217 Commerce Street at 10am on April 4, 2024. The agenda is attached.
Weather Schedule Changes - Today's CMS and CHS track meets have been moved to Wednesday. Baseball games scheduled for tonight are being moved to tomorrow, April 2, 2024.
We will be watching the weather closely and utilizing our safe rooms if the need arises. The weather is supposed to hit our area between 2 and 9 pm. If weather warrants a change, we may move after-school program pick-up to safe rooms. We will notify all parents via text and social media posts if this change is needed.
