CHS FCA was invited to attend FCA game day today in Norman! They got to watch OU beat Vanderbilt in an SEC matchup and attend a rally after the game. At the rally, they got to meet several FCA student athletes at OU like John Mateer, Gavin Sawchuk, Alyssa Brito, and more!

We’re seeing an increase in illnesses among our students. Please remember, students must be fever-free for 24 hours without the use of medication (like Tylenol or Ibuprofen) before returning to school. This helps prevent the spread of illness and keeps everyone healthier.

The Quapaw basketball games originally scheduled for Tuesday January 21, 2025 are now rescheduled for Tuesday January 28. We will start at 2 pm. 8th grade girls and boys, then JV girls and boys, and finish with varsity girls and boys.

The 2024-2025 school calendar was adjusted and approved by the school board at the regular school board meeting on January 13, 2025. The snow days of January 6th and 10th will be made up with in-school days on February 17th and May 9th. Please see link for updated school calendar.

Important Announcement
After consultation with emergency management personnel, Commerce Public Schools will release 1 hour early today (1/9/25). In addition, school will be cancelled tomorrow, 1/10/25, due to anticipated severe weather conditions.
This decision has been made out of an abundance of caution, with the safety of our students and staff as our highest priority. Please note that the high school basketball games originally scheduled for tomorrow night have been rescheduled for Monday, 1/13/25.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to stay safe and remain weather-aware as we wait to see what the incoming storm has in store for us.
