TEACHER REQUESTS
For the ’22-’23 school year, we are limiting the amount of teacher requests to 10 per teacher. We will also be asking for a 1st request and a 2nd request, in case the class has reached its limit. The reason to limit the amount of requests is to help balance classes using various data. Forms will be available at AES on Jan. 4th @ 7:30am… doors open earlier.

Parents and Guardians -
This letter and a consent form will be sent home with your child this week. We are extremely pleased to have a licensed nurse available for our students and staff full time. We hope that the free testing available at our schools will allow you to feel more comfort that your children are learning in a safe environment.

Hello Parents/Guardians,
We have two new employees we would like to introduce to you. Amie Mayfield is our new district nurse and Gay O'Neal is a new special education teacher.
Amie Mayfield is an 89 graduate of Miami High School. She has been a Registered Nurse for 28 years , working most recently with the Community Health Center of Northeast Oklahoma. She has been married for 19 years with 3 children. Amie enjoys watching her kids play sports , traveling and is a HUGE OU fan.
Gay O'Neal started teaching at AES in 1988. She has taught 3rd grade for nine years, then 4th grade for twelve years, and then retired in 2009. Mrs. O'Neal has a daughter and 3 grandchildren she is extremely proud of. Mrs. O'Neal is happy to be back at AES helping students.
