We need accurate numbers to assist in our planning. If you're a Commerce resident and have transferred to another online virtual school in the past, please consider returning to Commerce Schools now that we have this option available. These are just a few of the benefits we offer over the statewide virtual schools - 1. Local teachers that are available to assist you. 2. Ability to participate in Commerce athletics, band and other extracurricular activities. 3. Tax dollars staying at home and not being shipped to for profit companies. The Oklahoma State Dept. of Ed. has made strong recommendations to schools concerning county COVID-19 levels. Commerce Public Schools will be following these recommendations, as put out by OSDE.  You can find protocols here - https://sde.ok.gov/sites/default/files/documents/files/Oklahoma%20Schools%20Safety%20Protocols%20Draft.pdf Ottawa county is currently at "Orange Level 1" as far as the alert system is concerned.  This is calculated weekly on each Friday. You can find the weekly levels here - https://coronavirus.health.ok.gov/covid-19-alert-system These numbers will be used weekly to determine what level Commerce will be using in our Return To Learn plan. Levels and CPS response will be communicated to parents through our website, Facebook, Twitter, all call and text.

Parents - All returning students have to be re-enrolled in Commerce Schools yearly. This year we've moved all enrollment forms inside of your powerschool login for your ease. Please log in to your parent account and select forms on the left. There are 9 online forms to complete for returning students. It should take you less then 10 minutes to complete the forms. Please complete the enrollment forms for all of your students in your parent login. If you login and the screen looks like the picture attached you need to complete the forms for that student. Blue Leaves = You need to complete this form Green or Yellow Leaves = You have completed that form. The pickup days will be Monday and Wednesday weekly. On Monday students will receive Monday and Tuesday's food. On Wednesday students will receive Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday's food. We need to have a count for how many meals to make each day. If you plan on picking up please complete this survey.

Reminder - Check in school property and pick up your personal property at all 3 school sites this Tuesday and Wednesday. 10am-6pm on Tuesday and 10am - 2pm on Wednesday.

REMINDER - Mandatory School Property Return (Including Chromebooks) and Personal Property Pickup All CPS property including Chromebooks, chargers, library books, textbooks, and activity equipment must be returned. The replacement fees for a Chromebook charger is $25 and Chromebook is $200. These replacement fees can be paid during our drop off days. The district will have a drop off setup to return Chromebooks at CMS and CHS and any other school property. AES will have cafeteria windows open and labeled to turn in school property and receive personal property. We will ask that you return school property and then move to the separate lines to pick up personal property including grade cards and award certificates. All athletic equipment will be returned to the back door of the coaches office. Coaches will be available to check your gear in. Track fundraiser apparel will be available for pickup in the coaches office as well. DATES AND TIME: May 19th from 10am - 6pm & May 20 from 10am - 2pm
